description of school waste

Identification :

Waste is a by-product that cannot be separated from human life. Everyone will produce waste, both recyclable and non-recyclable waste. The increasing capacity of this waste, if not handled significantly, will cause new problems.

Description 1:

Waste management must start from oneself. This self-awareness can be started by applying the 3R concept. The application of this concept can be done in the school environment. The application of the 3R concept needs to be done in schools because schools are a place or agency where many people gather, ranging from teachers, employees, and students. With so many people in the school, there will be a lot of waste generated.

Description 2:

The school community, especially students, must be aware of waste management. If you continue to throw garbage, garbage will accumulate. The accumulated garbage will cause many diseases and puddles that create floods. So students and school residents must be aware.

Description 3:

To facilitate outreach, small bins are usually provided. These bins are placed in an easily accessible place. These bins should also be separated between organic and inorganic waste. And if it is full, it should be immediately disposed of to the TPS or taken by the janitor to be disposed of to the landfill. So that the school environment is protected from accumulated garbage.
